2nd Volunteer Mtg- Race Day @ Theis Park, KCMO 6:45am-7:05am

Packet pickup Team (6): Help distribute packets and t-shirts.

Race Day 09/23/17 @ Theis Park
Race day registration Team (4): help distribute packets and t-shirts. Race day information. (Theis Park)
Water Stations Team (6): responsible for dispensing water/sports drink to runners and cleaning up area. (Along route)
Finish line- water Team (5): offer water to race participants (Theis Park)
Rally Team (4): help vendors set up and prepare/ hand out food donations. Also assist in clean up. (Theis Park)
Medals Team (2): hand out age group medals to race participants (Theis Park)
Volunteer Extraordinaire (5): Will be dispatched when needed.
Traffic Control (35): Will assist KCPD with re-routing traffic from race location.
Security Team (3): Will wear designated FCA shirts and be direct line of communication to police and suspicious situations.
Social Media Team (10): Will take pictures and videos with random participants while being enthusiastic and engaging.
Race Clean Team (10): Will assist in placing signage along race route before race. Will also travel behind last race members and remove any and all trash and signage from course.
Stage/Guest Team (3): Will assist in aiding speaking/performing guest while managing program timing with speaking/performing guest.
